Musculoskeletal Health Workshop: This 60-minute virtual workshop is about preventing and alleviating aches and pains, focusing on mid-day stretch breaks, micro breaks, and breathing techniques to calm anxiety and stress. 
 
Cost:
- Up to 200 attendees will cost $3500 (A series of two workshops of up to 200 attendees will cost $6000).
- Up to 100 attendees will cost $1750.

Cooking/nutrition classes (Kitchen on Fire): This activity can be in-person or virtual. The in-person option is up to 32 people at their Berkeley location for 3 hours, which is broken down to 2 hours of hands-on cooking and 1 hour of nutrition talking/dining. This option includes (1) welcome appetizers provided upon arrival; (2) a customized menu of four items; (3) the option to bring your own bottle (BYOB) with no corkage fee; and (4) a one-hour nutrition talk. Cost:
- Virtual: The one-hour virtual wellness presentation costs $950 for 98 logins. A 60-90 minute virtual wellness nutrition presentation with a demonstration of one to two relevant recipes costs $1,150 for 98 logins. A 90-120 minute interactive virtual nutrition talk with a hands-on cooking class with two relevant recipes costs $1,350 for 10 logins and $25 per additional login.

- In-person: This option costs $200 per person, with a maximum of $2400.

Chocolate tasting: This activity can be held virtually or in person. Virtually, the class would be held via Zoom for one-hour. In-person, this would be a two-hour event with a factory tour at Dandelion (16th and Valencia), which is equipt for a maximum of 28 people per group. 

Cost
- Virtual: A virtual class for 75 faculty costs $4125 in total or $55 per person. 
- In-person: An in-person event for 56 faculty costs $4200 or $75 per person.

Mini golf and drinks/appetizers at Parklab Gardens: This activity is located at SparkSocial SF in Mission Bay and involves golfing and a meal. It could be a family-inclusive event if it is held on a Saturday.

Cost: This activity costs $50 per person, which includes golfing tickets, a drink/meal coupon, and the rental of outdoor sitting space for about 75 people. Faculty members are financially responsible for any extra attendees. In total, this activity for 75 faculty will cost $3750.

Museum tour: This activity can take place in one of three locations (SFMOMA, the Asian Art Museum, or the California Academy of Sciences), where friends and family members are welcome (faculty are financially responsible for extra attendees).  
 

Cost
- SFMOMA: This location costs $26 per person with audioguide and might be free for students and faculty. In total, a tour for 75 faculty will cost $1950. (*docent-led tours are on hold)
- Asian Art Museum: Docent-led tours permit groups of up to 15. This location costs $18 per person in addition to a $100 docent fee. In total, a tour of 75 faculty with seven docent tours will cost $2050, or $27 per person.
California Academy of Sciences: This location costs $40 per person for general admission or $70 per person for the Thursday nightlife VIP experience that includes two cocktail drinks and a 45-minute tour. (*no docent tours)

  • In total, for 75 faculty, the day admission will cost $3000.   
  • In total, for 50 faculty, the nightlife event will cost $3500.
