UCSF faculty and researchers can submit project proposals for the Advanced 3D Printing elective related to simulation, patient education, or research. Students are matched with a UCSF faculty or researcher to design and manufacture the 3D printed project.
 
Please complete the intake form below to provide information about your proposed 3D print project. A faculty or staff member will follow up to discuss the project in more detail after you submit the intake form.

I agree to meet with the student collaborator at least once per week throughout the duration of the project.
The Makers Lab will provide up to $200 in 3D printing materials for projects. I agree that my department will fund 3D printing material costs exceeding $200.
