Equity in Brain Health Postdoctoral Scholar Application

Thank you for your interest in Postdoctoral Program in Brain Health Equity at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center (MAC). The program is designed to support individuals to learn within one of the many research laboratories at the MAC and with an added focus on equity. Selected individuals will separately apply to be Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health at UCSF, where they will receive added training in equity, leadership, and research skills, typically in their second year of fellowship.

The program is funded by the US National Institutes of Health, which requires that admitted individuals be U.S. citizens or green card holders. Individuals completing their PhD as their first advanced degree at the time of applying for this program will not be admitted until all requirements of the PhD have been met and the degree has been conferred.

Information regarding MAC faculty can be found here. Individuals interested in working in laboratories outside the MAC will be considered with pre-approval.
