Student Funding Application
Deadline: April 15th, 2025 by 12:00pm

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Check your eligibility on the Inquiry Funding website. Also review UCSF policies regarding student research funding limits, program-specific deadlines, and specific funding requirements.
2. UCSF Email Only: use your UCSF email as the Primary Email address. Applications are tracked via your UCSF email address. You can only submit one application per email address per funding cycle.
3. Notify your mentor of their endorsement requirements (if applicable) by sharing this form *Make sure your mentor enters your UCSF email address on their endorsement of your application* Confirmation of completion is your responsibility.  Please be aware that the Inquiry staff cannot verify your mentors submission of their endorsement information, please confirm these submissions directly with your mentor.
4. If you are applying for a Global Health grant, you must complete the Away Rotation Checklist prior. This is a prerequisite for applying for international away rotations.
