A. Start 4 drug TB therapy (isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide and ethambutol)
B. Collect 3 first morning gastric aspirate specimens for mycobacterial culture from Ursula and then initiate 4 drug TB therapy (isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide and ethambutol)
C. Start 3 drug TB therapy (isoniazid, rifampin and pyrazinamide)
D. Treat for community acquired pneumonia with amoxicillin
